Having a group is so helpful - even one person, an accountability buddy can all the difference. There are so many benefits. I love how Julia Cameron talks about having a 'believing mirror' someone who mirrors us back to ourselves as 'powerful, strong, and in our most positive light'. I'd love to hear how you get on!
